STATEMENT
The Daily Telegraph Article 29 January 2013
Today I have accepted an apology from The Daily Telegraph regarding their article of the 29th January 2013. Whereby it was wrongly reported that I was or thought to be attempting to drive down the Sefton Resources share-price for personal gain.
I have never shorted Sefton Resources or written an article on Sefton Resources for personal gain. I write my honest opinions on them for the benefit & protection of UK Investors. My opinion is that the company are a fraud.
That is a fact known by Sefton Resources. The information passed to The Daily Telegraph by Sefton Resources was in fact lies. This is yet another pointer as to how the company are managed.
The Daily Telegraph have also agreed to remove the offending lines. I accept that The Daily Telegraph published in good faith and I whole-heartedly believe that they are an honourable National Newspaper who have (like all Sefton Share-holders) been deceived by the Sefton PR machine.
