It has become increasingly apparent that there are Market Professionals accessing the BMD Private Members Forums. In direct contravention of paragraph 3 section 5 of the Terms & Conditions. Accounts are now being locked out. Thirty Three accounts have been locked. More will follow.
We here take very seriously these breaches & will be pursuing the individuals in question for the administration charges in the said Terms & Conditions. As a result the administration charge will now increase to £1,000 at 12am on the 15 March 2012. If you fail to declare your status before registration after this date you will be pursued for the charge.

Failure to do so could result in the termination of your subscription with an ADMINISTRATION CHARGE of £100 being levied upon you. Remember that by subscribing to the BMD site you are deemed to have read the Terms & Conditions. 3.6 Access to the BMD site is granted via a recurring MONTHLY payment of £9.99p PER MONTH for a 12 calendar month subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time prior to a recurring payment. Example; You cancel in March then your April payment will not be taken. REFUND POLICY. There are no part refunds, your subscription will terminate at the end of the month that you cancel in.

3.7 We may terminate the provision of any or all of the Content or Website or restrict your access to the Website without any prior notice to you where (by way of example and without limitation): (i) there is a regulatory or statutory change limiting the SITE ability to provide some or all of the Website; (ii) any event beyond our reasonable control prevents the SITE from continuing to provide the Website (for example, without limitation, technical difficulties, capacity problems and communications failures); or (iii) the SITE (BMD) considers in it’s sole discretion that you are abusing the services provided by the Website or are otherwise acting in breach of these Terms.
